Homeowners will learn the steps to re-roof to FORTIFIED Roof standards. A Service Directory lists FORTIFIED certified roofers and FORTIFIED Evaluators™. At the same time, additional resources help people avoid contractor and insurance fraud and take advantage of insurance and tax incentives.
Smart Home America, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, created Don't Goof When You Re-Roof because roofs are taken for granted. With a few easy and affordable upgrades, any roof can better protect homes and families during extreme weather.
